CONSULTATION
During the consultation, you will have a one-on-one discussion with one of our graphics associates, usually the manager, to go over the project in detail. This conversation allows us to fully understand your vision and desired outcome for the project. By clarifying your expectations, we can provide an accurate quote and establish clear timelines and deliverables, ensuring a smooth and efficient process from start to finish.

QUOTE TO ORDER
In this phase, we provide a detailed project quote based on the consultation and send it to the customer for approval. Once the quote is approved, it is converted into an official order. The customer has the option to pay either upfront or on the day the project is completed, giving flexibility in how the payment is handled.

DESIGN PROOF
Once the quote is approved and the order is placed, our in-house designer begins working on your project. When the design is ready, we send a proof to the customer for review. Based on your feedback, we make any necessary revisions or adjustments. This process continues until you are completely satisfied and give final approval to move forward.

PRODUCTION & SCHEDULING
After final approval, we move forward with production and scheduling. This stage involves processes like printing, laminating, and cutting to prepare your project for completion. Once production is finished, the project is either installed or shipped, depending on your preferences and the agreed-upon schedule.
